Nominee selection process

Transparency is key, and we’re delighted to share how this year’s Faces of Fusion Award winners were chosen.

Here’s how it all came together:

  • Nominations poured in both from the public – our vibrant community – and Fusion board members.
  • Once all nominations were collected, our external jury carefully reviewed submissions to select the top three finalists in each category.
  • After much thoughtful discussion, the final winners were chosen.

Nominees were reviewed with care and thought by an external, independent jury composed of four Fusion board alumni. In the event of a conflict of interest, the juror abstained from deliberations.

We are grateful for the expertise and dedication of our alumni jury for maintaining an impartial and thoughtful selection process. This ensures our awards truly celebrate those who are making a meaningful impact in our community.

Accessibility

The Marco Polo Cruise Terminal is located on the ground floor at street level. The venue, including bathroom facilities, is wheelchair-accessible. All-gender bathrooms will be available.
