Developing Resiliency: Dealing with Personal and Professional Change with Diane Burt, Ed.D

Description: This free professional development workshop explores the impacts of change on individuals and how people respond to change in their personal and professional lives. Participants will learn how developing resiliency is the key to bouncing back and even thriving during times of change.

Facilitator: Diane Burt recently retired from the NBCC and continues working part-time as a contract instructor. She has held several other roles at the college, including program coordinator, department head, principal, director, and associate vice president. Diane spent several years leading learning and organizational development in CIBC’s retail markets division. She holds a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and is a certified change leadership practitioner.

This event is free, but registration is required via Eventbrite.
